China’s financial regulators urge listed companies and firms seeking for initial public offerings to improve internal corporate governance and risk assessment mechanism, according to a statement.
- Companies are encouraged to hire accounting firms to carry out internal audit, Ministry of Finance and China Securities Regulatory Commission said in the joint statement.
