A federal circuit court has paused a lawsuit challenging drinking water limits for PFAS that the EPA set last year.
The US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit on Feb. 7 paused until April 8 the American Water Works Association’s case against the enforceable limits the Environmental Protection Agency set for six per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
