Billionaire Kellnerova Cements Control Over Her Investment Group

Czech billionaire Renata Kellnerova, the richest woman in eastern Europe, cemented control over PPF Group NV by buying out the stake held by the son of the investment company’s late founder.

Petr Kellner Jr. has agreed to sell his 10% in PPF to Kellnerova and her three daughters for an undisclosed sum, increasing their combined ownership of the group to 100%, the company said in a statement on Friday. PPF is executing the deal through the purchase of its own shares and expects to complete the transaction this year.
