Paramount Accused of Bias by White, Male ‘Seal Team’ Writer (1)

Paramount Global, CBS Entertainment, and CBS Studios have become the latest targets of former Trump adviser Stephen Miller’s legal group, which accused the companies of unlawfully denying a White heterosexual man career opportunities because of his race, sex, and sexual orientation.

The companies repeatedly denied Brian Beneker—a script coordinator and freelance scriptwriter who’s written episodes for CBS’s “Seal Team” television series since 2017—a staff writer position with the show, according to a complaint filed Thursday by the conservative America First Legal.
