EPA Asks Court to Partly Axe Biden’s PFAS Tap Water Rule (2)

The Trump administration is asking a federal court to partly vacate portions of the nation’s first-ever rule setting drinking water limits for PFAS, which was finalized last year by the Biden administration.

The Environmental Protection Agency’s motion to vacate asks the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to conclude that the Biden administration was wrong when it interpreted the Safe Drinking Water Act as letting it proceed quickly to regulate four of six PFAS.
