Seyfarth Shaw hired Henry Morriello and two other New York structured finance lawyers from Arnold & Portner, the firm said Wednesday.
Morriello, who joins the firm as a partner, will become co-chair of Seyfarth’s structured finance group. Karsten Giesecke and Michael Karol will work in counsel roles in the group, the firm said.
