Stericycle Must Face Revived Equal Pay Act, Title VII Claims

Genuine disputes of material fact exist in the once-defeated equal pay and gender discrimination claims brought by two female Stericycle Inc. employees against the company, a federal appeals court ruled Tuesday, breathing new life into their suit.

The US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit reversed the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Stericycle.
