Army Intelligence Contract Protest Rejected for a Lack of Harm

Evocati Solutions JV LLC can move ahead with an intelligence services contract worth about $100 million despite a competing bidder’s claim the US Army failed to investigate whether Evocati unlawfully received proprietary information, the US Court of Federal Claims said.

United Defense LLC lacked standing to challenge the award because the Army disqualified its contract proposal for being technically unacceptable, Judge Elaine D. Kaplan said in an opinion made public Wednesday.
