ASRC Fails to Block $76 Million Homeland Security Support Award

ASRC Federal Infrastructure Support LLC failed to convince a federal court to halt Dawson MCG LLC’s contracts to support the US Department of Homeland Security’s law enforcement training center.

The contractor is likely to prevail in showing flaws in the department’s past performance evaluation, but it didn’t demonstrate entitlement to a preliminary injunction at this stage, US Court of Federal Claims Judge Richard A. Hertling said in a nonprecedential opinion made public Tuesday.
