Dermatology services provider ADCS Clinics LLC and others settled a False Claims Act suit alleging they billed federal health-care programs for medically unnecessary exams and directed providers to use incorrect billing codes.
Whistleblower Jonathan Mayer and the defendants filed Thursday a joint motion to dismiss to the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The US Justice Department submitted a notice of consent to dismissal.
