Gem Lifecycle Keeps $152 Million Electronic Scrap Property Award

Gem Lifecycle Solutions and the US Defense Logistics Agency can move forward with a $152 million contract for the company to acquire and remove electronic scrap property, the GAO said in a decision released Monday.

Protester Regency Partners LLP failed to show that the agency should have disqualified Gem Lifecycle under its technical evaluation for failing to propose a facility that clearly met solicitation requirements, the Government Accountability Office said.
