Gemini Tech Services LLC says it received a US Army contract to provide logistics services at the Redstone Arsenal, a decision which followed the contractor’s successful court challenge.
The Army named Gemini the awardee Feb. 18, the company told the US Court of Federal Claims in a Thursday notice. The award announcement comes weeks after Judge Loren A. Smith ruled the Army failed to comply with a May 2025 court order requiring reconsideration of initial offers from Gemini and JP Logistics & Consulting LLC.
