Gemini Tech Services LLC demonstrated that the US Army failed to comply with a May 2025 court order requiring reconsideration of initial offers in a procurement for logistics support services at the Redstone Arsenal, the US Court of Federal Claims said.
The Army’s decision to amend its solicitation and seek revised proposals ran afoul of the “remedial spirit” of that injunction order, and made the re-evaluation “meaningless,” Judge Loren A. Smith said in a Thursday order granting in part Gemini’s motion to enforce the injunction.
