General Dynamics’ $1.5 Billion IT Award Survives Peraton Protest

General Dynamics Information Technology Inc. can move forward with a $1.5 billion task order to provide IT life cycle support services to the US Strategic Command at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska, and other locations, the GAO said in a decision released Friday.
Protester Peraton Inc. failed to show that an organizational conflict of interest involving General Dynamics employees that previously worked for the government tainted the award, the US Government Accountability Office said.
