HSGS-Ameresco Ends Protest of Union Requirement in Procurement

HSGS-Ameresco LLC is dropping its court protest challenging the inclusion of a project labor agreement requirement in a US Army Corps of Engineers procurement to build the Anniston Army Depot Power Generation and Microgrid project.

The contractor, that sued in October, submitted a notice of voluntary dismissal Monday to the US Court of Federal Claims. Federal agencies “are in the process of removing the PLAs from approximately 20 protested solicitations, following the Brasfield & Gorrie decision,” said Dirk Haire of Burr Forman LLP, the contractor’s attorney.
