IERUS Technologies Inc. can proceed with a $514 million contract from the US Missile Defense Agency for radar system testing and analysis, the GAO said in a decision released Friday.
Protester deciBel Research Inc., which made a $407 million bid, raised several unsuccessful challenges to the award decision, including an argument that the agency conducted a flawed price reasonableness evaluation, the US Government Accountability Office said.
