Karna Unable to Halt General Dynamics’ $309 Million Health Award

Karna LLC failed to show the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention improperly allowed General Dynamics Information Technology Inc. to start performing a $309 million health support contract.

A US Court of Federal Claims judgment issued Thursday said Karna didn’t show entitlement to declaratory and injunctive relief, and judgment is entered in favor of the government. The case is closed, the docket says.
