KBR Reasonably Took More Logistics Work Under $2.5 Billion Order

Amentum Parsons Logistics Services LLC failed to show that the US Army unreasonably added work to KBR Services LLC’s $2.5 billion task order for logistics services in Europe, the US Government Accountability Office said.

The Army’s decision to add $621 million to KBR’s task order without conducting a competition didn’t violate a contract regulation, which provides a “logical follow-on” exception to competition procedures, the GAO said in a decision released Tuesday.
