Mission Essential Group LLC is cleared to provide linguist services to Europe-based personnel under a $208 million US Army task order, the GAO said in a decision released Thursday.
Protester Valiant Government Services LLC failed to show that the Army unreasonably failed to assign strengths to its bid, or that the Army erred by not amending its solicitation to reflect changes to its needs, the Government Accountability Office said.
The Army issued the solicitation under the the US Department of Defense Language Interpretation and Translation Enterprise II multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract.
