Ares Technical Services Corp. is cleared to perform an operations and maintenance services contract at NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia, which is worth up to $254 million, the US Government Accountability Office said.
A.i. solutions Inc. didn’t demonstrate in its protest that Ares misled the agency about a potential organizational conflict of interest that required its disqualification, the GAO said in a decision released Tuesday.
NASA reasonably determined that Ares complied with solicitation requirements, the GAO said. And NASA also reasonably issued an OCI waiver, the decision said.
