Noblis MSD LLC is cleared to perform an $81 million task order for engineering and hardware services to support US Navy destroyers, the Government Accountability Office said.
Protester Green Expert Technology Inc., which made a $78 million offer, didn’t show that the Navy engaged in a flawed best-value tradeoff analysis before choosing Noblis, the GAO said in a decision released Wednesday.
The agency reasonably determined that Noblis’ superiority under the technical and past performance evaluation factors justified the higher price, the GAO said.
