Red River Failed to Show Discussion Errors in Army Procurement

Red River Science and Technology LLC didn’t show that the US Army conducted improper discussions in its $176 million competition to perform a logistics task order at Fort Campbell., Ky., the US Court of Federal Claims said.

The Army’s decision to hold discussions with rivals Gemini Tech Services LLC and Vanquish Worldwide LLC about their indirect cost rates, and not Red River, didn’t taint the procurement, Judge Stephen S. Schwartz said in an opinion made public Wednesday.
