Spatial Front Keeps Immigration Agency’s $39 Million IT Order

Spatial Front Inc. can move forward with a $39 million task order to provide IT services at the US Citizenship and Immigration Services’ technical operations center in Stennis, Miss., the GAO said in a decision released Wednesday.

Protester CVTEK LLC didn’t show that Spatial Front engaged in an unreasonable “bait and switch” concerning its plan to rely on a program manager and deputy program manager, and where they would work, the US Government Accountability Office said.
