Starlo Innovation LLC can move forward with an $80 million US Air Force task order for intelligence services to support operations against drug traffickers and terrorists, the Government Accountability Office said.
DarkStar Intelligence LLC’s protest failed to show that the Air Force unfairly reviewed its bid under the technical evaluation, or that it improperly considered DarkStar’s lower price, the GAO said in a decision made public June 18.
