US Marine Corps Will Reconsider $131 Million Helmet System Award

The US Marine Corps announced it will reconsider its decision to award Galvion Technologies LLC a $131 million integrated helmet system contract, following a protest by Gentex Corp.

The Corps’ corrective action will include a new proposal evaluation and award decision, the government told the US Court of Federal Claims in a Monday filing. Gentex moved for voluntary dismissal Monday, and the case is now closed.
