Vectrus Says Army Was Misleading About Germany Garrison Proposal

Vectrus Federal Services GmbH says the US Army engaged in misleading discussions before awarding PAE Applied Technologies LLC a $375 million maximum value contract for operations and maintenance support services in the Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz area of operations.

That error among others requires enjoining PAE’s contract, re-opening discussions, and making a new award decision, Vectrus told the US Court of Federal Claims in partially redacted complaint made public Thursday.

Vectrus has provided the services at issue, which include facility maintenance, grounds maintenance, and utilities, since 1980, the complaint says.
