A Massachusetts man who pleaded guilty to drug crimes isn’t entitled to a share of a False Claims Act settlement the US government received from behavioral health organization Bournewood Health Systems, a federal district court said.
David Perry filed a whistleblower suit in 2021 accusing Bournewood of engaging in a kickback scheme that defrauded the government.
