Billionaire Presses Booz Allen for Documents in Tax Leak Case

Energy Transfer Partners LP CEO and Chairman Kelcy Warren is putting pressure on Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. to produce records related to his suit over the leak of his tax information, according to a notice filed in the US District Court for the District of Maryland.

Warren asked Judge Lydia Kay Griggsby for permission to file a motion to compel in relation to leaker Charles Littlejohn’s email communications, the company’s formal policies and procedures, and other key documents he says are “central” to his ability to litigate the case.
