Deloitte has become the second Big Four firm to report a hit to UK partner pay as revenue growth stalls amid waning demand for consulting.
The firm said Monday that its UK business, which also encompasses its Swiss arm, grew revenue by just 2% to £5.7 billion ($7.6 billion) in the year to May 31. The firm cut equity partner pay by 5% to £1 million, as distributable profit stagnated at £756 million.
