Dario Schiraldi, the former Deutsche Bank AG manager who is suing the lender for allegedly damaging his career, is urging Europe’s top bank watchdog to conduct a supervisory review of the firm as he seeks to increase pressure.
In a letter to the European Central Bank that was seen by Bloomberg News, a lawyer for Schiraldi listed four areas as needing “supervisory attention,” including the role of now-Chief Executive Officer Christian Sewing in overseeing an audit report more than a decade ago.
