Federal Child Support Office Swaps Service for Enforcement

The federal Office of Child Support Services has reverted to its previous name, the Office of Child Support Enforcement, according to a Federal Register notice.

The notice was published Dec. 19 by the Children and Families Administration, the OCSE’s parent organization.

The Biden Administration had changed the office’s name to the Office of Child Support Services in June 2023.
