Grant Thornton’s US arm is expanding its European footprint with a deal to bring its Polish sibling into its multinational platform.
The transaction brings Grant Thornton Poland’s more than 1,200 professionals and $70 million in annual revenue into a group of more than a dozen firms worldwide, including in France and Spain, Grant Thornton Advisors LLC said Thursday. The deal is still being finalized and remains subject to regulatory approval.
By joining the global platform, Grant Thornton Poland will deepen cross-border services and gain further access to artificial intelligence technology, its CEO Tomasz Wróblewski said in a statement.
