Intellego Auditor Deloitte to File Report of Accounting Fraud

Intellego Technologies said its auditor Deloitte plans to file a report with prosecutors, alleging accounting fraud at the company.

• Intellego says Deloitte also stated that its suspicions do not mean that Deloitte has established that criminal acts have actually occurred
