Swiss Government Agrees to Data Exchange for OECD Minimum Tax

The Swiss government said it agreed to the international framework for exchanging information in order to implement the OECD minimum tax rate.

  • “It should be possible for the multinational enterprise groups concerned to submit this information centrally in a single jurisdiction,” the government said in a statement
