Apollo Trading Private Assets in Secondary Market, Tsitoura Says

Apollo Global Management Inc. has been trading “billions of capital” in the secondary market, with its private assets priced to perfection and still delivering a handsome premium, according to Natalia Tsitoura, the firm’s Europe head of private debt origination.

“Being able to structure something that’s a little bit more bespoke will attract the premium,” Tsitoura said at Bloomberg’s Women, Money and Power conference in London on Wednesday. “Absolutely, there’s a premium versus where the public market is, which by the way, we think is over-indexed and over-correlated.”
