Amazon.com Inc. founder Jeff Bezos prevailed on appeal Friday against a pension fund seeking to revive its lawsuit over his space rivalry with the world’s wealthiest man.

A Delaware Supreme Court inundated with litigation targeting the other half of the feud, Elon Musk, upheld a ruling in favor of Bezos, the world’s third-richest person. Musk’s record fortune stands at $461 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, while Bezos has a net worth of $264 billion.
