Four physicians disciplined by state licensing boards for allegedly spreading misinformation about Covid-19 sued a national organization representing the boards for violating their constitutional rights.
The Federation of State Medical Boards Inc. allegedly banned physicians throughout the country from disseminating information with which it disagreed by adopting a “censorship” policy during the pandemic, a complaint filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas said Wednesday.
