A gender-affirming care telehealth provider, QueerDoc, persuaded a federal judge to quash a Department of Justice subpoena for employee and patient information, the latest setback in the Trump administration’s push to end the treatment.
“The question before the Court is whether DOJ may use its administrative subpoena power to achieve what the Administration cannot accomplish through legislation: the elimination of medical care that Washington and other states explicitly protect.
