Paul Lukas joined Jackson Lewis as a principal in its trials and appeals group in Minneapolis, the firm announced Nov. 4.
Lukas brings more than 35 years of litigation experience from the plaintiff side of the courtroom, focusing on employment, wage and hour, and ERISA litigation. His practice spans class and collective actions, and he has represented clients in more than 50 jury and bench trials involving overtime and minimum wage violations, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims, the firm said.
He joins from Nichols Kaster.
