Major League Baseball’s digital media division and eChanging Barcode LLC asked a federal judge to dismiss their dispute over a patent covering technology to prevent unauthorized screenshots of digital tickets.
MLB Advanced Media LP and eChanging filed a stipulation of dismissal Friday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, asking Judge Paul A. Engelmayer to dismiss the lawsuit with prejudice.
