Early this fall a group of influencers, plastic surgeons, at least one Real Housewife and Andy Cohen piled into an underground jazz club in New York City for an event called “Naturally You.” It was billed as a tell-all, promising to “pull back the curtain” on fillers, the lip- and skin-plumping injectables that have fallen out of favor after years of social- media-fueled popularity.
