Occidental CEO Says She’d ‘Love’ to Scrap Quarterly SEC Reports

Occidental Petroleum Corp. Chief Executive Officer Vicki Hollub said she’s all for doing away with three-month financial reporting cycles if the US Securities and Exchange Commission allows it.

The shale boss commented in an interview after SEC Chairman Paul Atkins pledged to fast-track President Donald Trump’s proposal to end quarterly reporting for most companies.
