Tyler Brown joined Paul Hastings as a partner in its energy & infrastructure practice in Atlanta, the firm announced Thursday.
Brown advises clients on regulatory aspects of project development, contract, tariff, rate and compliance matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, other energy regulators and state public utility commissions. He represents companies across the pipeline and energy transmission sectors, including utilities, LNG project developers, energy marketers and financial institutions, and counsels on all aspects of pipeline construction from regulatory approval to pipeline safety issues, the firm said.
He joins from King & Spalding.
