Peloton Knocks Out Three Johnson Health Workout-Data Patents

Peloton Interactive Inc. convinced an administrative tribunal to invalidate three workout data-collection patents its treadmills are accused of infringing.

Johnson Health Tech Co.'s US Patent Nos. 10,032,227, 10,796,375, and 11,227,340 are obvious in light of two prior patents and two patent applications, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board said in three decisions issued Wednesday.
