Percipient.ai wants the US Supreme Court to assess whether the Federal Circuit erred in ruling the company couldn’t protest a US agency’s refusal to consider its commercially available AI-assisted product.
The US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit’s conclusion that Percipient wasn’t an interested party with a chance to win a contract is a “dead wrong” interpretation of the Tucker Act, which sets conditions for protests, Percipient.ai said in its petition for writ of certiorari.
