Rocket Lab Shareholders Drop Management Suit Over Launch Delay

Rocket Lab USA Inc. stockholders relinquished their lawsuit alleging executives and board members misrepresented the testing and debut timeline for its reusable Neutron rocket before a 2025 short-seller report.
