A Temple Health System Inc. cancer research doctor lacked sufficient evidence to warrant a trial after she allegedly faced sexual harassment and retaliation impacting her job conditions, a Philadelphia federal judge ruled.
Alana O’Reilly’s quid pro quo harassment claims against Temple Health, Temple University, The Research Institute of Fox Chase Cancer Center, and Jonathan Chernoff failed to show a “tangible employment action” under the test that’s traditionally been used to assess such claims, Judge Karen S.
