Edelman Ex-Controller Sues NYC Law Firm Over Firing After Stroke

Edelman & Edelman PC’s former controller says the New York personal injury law firm illegally terminated him after he suffered a stroke and falsely accused him of embezzling money.

Roger Ayub accused his former firm of violating the Americans with Disabilities Act and both New York state and city’s human rights laws through its unlawful conduct in a complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
