Henkel, Employee End Suit Over Alleged Quotas to Hire More Women

Henkel Corp. has agreed to end a lawsuit from a male sales director over his claims that the company had implemented quotas for hiring and promoting women over men.

Judge Linda V. Parker, of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, dismissed the case with prejudice against Henkel, which makes adhesives and sealants along with producing a number of consumer brands, in a Thursday order.
