Chevron Corporation has tapped Lehotsky Keller Cohn LLP founding partner Scott Keller as its new general counsel with plans to promote him to chief legal officer.
Keller will report to Chevron’s current chief legal officer, R. Hewitt Pate, who is expected to retire next year, according to a press release from Chevron. Keller will officially take over the chief legal officer role on Jan. 1, as Pate transitions to a non-executive senior adviser position until his retirement in June, according to an SEC filing.
